It’s been a darn good weekend and I’m happy to say it’s not quite over yet.
Friday I stayed home outta the craziness of shopping (eat your heart out cuz we are done with Christmas shopping already) and helped Sam hide a shift light in his dune buggy - eer dirty Mustang. Can you find it in the picture above? Hint it’s not buried in dust… h8++ I know.
Kayla (the baby) has really started kicking this weekend, that’s an awesome thing to experience plus I like feeling around on G’s belly.
Today was pretty laid back - had plans to play some Xbox but my little brother ended up coming over so I got to hang out with him for a while and have a great time! Dave is the man and is a great football punter too.
Tomorrow I’m gonna do some work on the Mach 1… I’ve been waiting on one last part of the steering system to come in from backorder but I think I’ll try to hunt the part down around town. The part is nothing special but I gotta have it since it connects the steering wheel to the tires.
I think we’re about to head out to Walmart for our now regular late nite shopping excursion.

why would you hide a light? wouldnt you need to see the light (lol)?
also, what is a shift light?

It’s a magical light that comes on at a preset RPM so that you know when to shift. Makes driving a manual transmission car a bit more consistent because you know exactly when you need to shift.
It’s bright enough that you can still see it where we hid it at.
