Yes it’s true - the Ratcliff family is now mac-ified… Glenda’s shiny new iMac comes in this week and she is very excited. I’m looking forward to having a mac in the house as well - gotta love having hardware that just works.
The run-down on the specs are that she got the 20″ model with a 2gb system memory and 256mb video memory upgrade based on Hazey the Mac master’s recommendations.
This morning somehow or another I started reading about Cocoa and Xcode applications. I was pleasantly surprised to see they follow the MVC architecure… in other words, exactly how I write my web apps. The objective C language looks very straight forward as well. Maybe I’ll cook with some Cocoa sometime.
