I don’t know what it is about this weather but I have felt super lazy. It is very unfortunate because my tree is really starting to dump leaves now. If I get behind it is murder to get caught back up.

Maybe I’m getting old, or maybe I am just plain lazy. Maybe some of both.

Today is Friday (for me) because I’m off tomorrow.

Glenda and I are planning to wrap up our Christmas shopping tomorrow. That’ll be a huge milestone and one to celebrate for sure.

Tomorrow I have to get the ole Mustang inspected. It’s that fun time of year. Fun because I am missing three of the three emissions devices they look for. But this is the south. It’s all in who you know and where you go, so maybe I will triumph like last year. Or maybe I just jinxed myself. We shall see.

Speaking of cars, I’m at a crossroad on which part to install next. The car is already ridiculous fast but the pile of parts sitting in the shop is killing me. I probably need to hold off until I have time to fix whatever I break, looks like we will be busy in the next month. Also a dragstrip outing is planned for December 2nd. I’m going to try for an 11.999 with some more aggressive tuning… still running 100% like I do on the street every day.

Regardless I will be washing and waxing the Mustang in preparation for the blessing from the LA DOTD. Glenda and I might go to a car show at Tanger mall. I’ve never been to it — will be great weather. I think G wanted to see the Bee Movie too. It looks funny and boy have they done a marketing blitz!

I did manage to figure out what was up with the server from a couple posts ago. Evidently either the drives or RAID controller had jiggled slightly loose. Reseating them put us back to business as normal. I even put on VMWare Server and a copy of Windows Server 2003, Ubuntu and CentOS.
