Tonite we BBQ’d some bratwurst and hamburgers topped with smoked mozarella cheese and watched Shawn of the Dead (worst parody of a movie ever!). At least the food was slammin’ and I got to cuddle with my honey.

Started on the second round of Jerky today - I’ve got two marinades going now.
The first is my own brew - it’s a modified version of my last marinade. Items in bold differ from the last one.

2/3 cup of Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup of low sodium Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper

Yup raining today. Plus the fact that my main man Chase can’t make it so header job is postponed until February 4th. In other news I got another nail in my back passenger side tire - that makes three this month! Score!
